Santa Cruz Community Credit Union offers affordable housing opportunities to increase homeownership for county residents. SCCCU offers mobile home loans and has expanded its partnership with South County Housing Corporation and Santa Cruz County through the First Time Home Buyer Program by utilizing the CalHome Down Payment Assistance Program.

In its partnership with South County Housing and Santa Cruz County, SCCCU provides financing for the purchase of Mobile Homes while taking advantage of down payment assistance for first time home buyers who have not owned real estate in the last three years. The program is available for manufactured/mobile homes in the Pleasant Acres and Pacific Family Mobile Home Parks.
