We at Santa Cruz Community Credit Union understand that under the current financial conditions, some of our members may have found themselves delinquent on their Santa Cruz Community Credit Union mortgages, equity loans, lines of credit and/or other consumer loans. As a policy, we at Santa Cruz Community Credit Union will do everything in our ability to assist our members in avoiding foreclosure on our loan products. Including, but not limited to:

• Extensions
• Interest Rate Reviews
• Loan Modifications

If you should desire to explore any of these options and discuss these either by phone or in person, please be prepared to provide current proof of income or two years tax filings if self employed. If you've made the decision to call for help, please be prepared to discuss your household income and expenses, and please have your Loan Number and Property Address at hand. You should also collect and be prepared to fax (to 831-425-4824) one or more of the following:

• A brief statement of your circumstances
• Recent income documents (such as pay stubs, benefit statements from Social Security, disability, unemployment, retirement, or public assistance). If you are self-employed, have your tax returns or a year-to-date profit and loss statement available for reference.
• Bank statements and tax returns for the past two (2) years.
