We realize that our application requires a lot of information but in order to ensure the success of your business and to make responsible loan decisions, we must ask for comprehensive information.

How to expedite your loan request

• Please fill in every blank of the application. If it isn't applicable, just write "N/A."
• We need to verify all sources of income to be considered for your loan request:
  • If you are salaried, submit current pay stubs (for the last 30 days).
  • If you are self-employed, submit copies of last two years' Federal Tax Returns, signed, and a year-to-date profit/loss statement.

Credit Life & Disability Insurance

• This credit protection is available at a low monthly cost, added to your regular loan payment, to provide peace of mind and to protect you and your family. Please ask for details.

Other important details

• Please indicate the maximum loan amount you are considering.
• It's not a problem if you don't have a specific car in mind; rates are good for 30 days.
• If you have signed a purchase order with a dealer, please provide a copy.
• Please provide a copy of the current registration prior to loan closing.
• For pre-approved loans - once you find your car, we would appreciate 24 hours notice to prepare the loan documents.
• DMV fees and any required DMV documents (i.e., smog certificate, bill of sale, etc.) must be collected at loan closing for private party purchases, lease buyouts, and refinances. Ask your loan officer for details.
