Applications: Business Loan

Business term loans are designed for long term (12-60 months) financial needs of businesses established for one year or longer. If you are purchasing a business or have been in business for 12 months or less, ask us about the New Business Venture loan package.

Apply Online

Our business application is available online to allow you to submit secure loan applications 24 hours a day. Simply click on the application link below, fill in the form and submit it to us for processing. We realize that our application requires a lot of information but in order to ensure the success of your business and to make responsible loan decisions, we must ask for comprehensive information.

If you use our online application, we will contact you to come into one of our branches to complete the application. Please make sure to read the information below before continuing to the online application.

The Loan Process For All Loan Types

  1. Complete our business loan application.
  2. Complete and sign the Personal Financial Statement for each owner or principal owning at least 20% of the business (please make copies of the original if necessary).
  3. Read the following sections carefully to determine what additional information you are required to submit with your application.

General Information

Please make copies of all documents we will need to keep.

Interest rates can be adjusted monthly to reflect changes in the Prime Rate. Rates and terms are based on your financial condition, collateral and loan amount. See the business loan rates for more details. Fees are two points or $150.00, whichever is greater, plus costs.

If you are a partnership or corporation, please include a copy of your partnership agreement or articles of incorporation and bylaws.

Required Financial Information

  1. For Quick Cash Line of Credit applications, from $5,000 to $25,000, no additional financial information is required. Your business must be at least two years old.

  2. For Term Loan, Line of Credit, or Renewal of an Existing Line of Credit applications, from $5,000 to $50,000, please provide the following required financial information:
    1. Complete and signed copies of Federal tax returns for the past two years
    2. Last year-end plus current balance sheets
    3. Last year-end plus current year-to-date profit & loss statements
    4. Personal financial statement on each borrower, and complete and signed copies of Federal tax returns for the past two years for all principals owning 20% or more of the business


  3. For applications over $50,000 please provide the following required financial information:
    1. Complete and signed copies of Federal tax returns for the past three years
    2. Last three year-ends plus current balance sheets
    3. Last three year-ends plus current year-to-date profit and loss statements
    4. Cash flow projection for term of loan
    5. Business plan
    6. Personal financial statement on each borrower, and complete and signed copies of Federal tax returns for the past two years for all principals owning 20% or more of the business


  4. For Child Care Loan Program applications, for a loan minimum of $1,000 and loan maximum of $15,000, please follow the required financial information under section "B" (above). All information in section "B" may not be required for residential child care providers.

  5. For New Businesses, the minimum request is $10,000. You must have your own money invested as equity (not borrowed) in the business, equivalent to 25% of the start-up budget. You must submit financial requirements outlined in "C."

  6. If the business is a partnership or corporation, please include a copy of the Partnership Agreement or Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws.
